Goodyear launches An Online Fleet Tyre Management Portal

Global tyre manufacturing legend, Goodyear Tyre has launched their latest interactive online fleet tyre management portal, the Fleet Central which helps fleet owners and managers to maximize the efficiency of the tyres and maintain the service expenses. The new interactive portal allows fleet owners or managers to purchase tyres, activate service and gain insight into their tyre program.

With Fleet Central- Goodyear fleet tyre management portal, fleet owners and managers can now view and take action on all aspects of their tyre program, helping them to make faster, more informed decisions for their business.

The Fleet Central basically consists of a easy-to-use dashboard which allows users to view information regarding their entire fleet as well as acquire information on one specific vehicle, its tyre and service schedule, all in real time. Fleets can also interact with Goodyear directly by purchasing tyres, scheduling service, requesting tyre inspections or activating emergency roadside assistance from Goodyear’s service network of more than 2,300 providers.

The following are the other fleet services that the Fleet Central consists:

Scheduling tyre service:

There is no necessity for making a phone call instead the fleet owners or managers can submit requests online directly to Goodyear Fleet HQ for emergency or scheduled service. Fleet Central also allows fleets to track events with a live, interactive dashboard to stay updated throughout the entire service process. Fleets can view service performance by dealer, vehicle, geography and more with historical service reporting.

Delivery of tyres:

Fleets can schedule stock or OEM tyre deliveries and track shipping directly within Fleet Central. Fleet Central helps fleets to monitor retread and casing performance with a view into all retread activities, as well as work order tracking and current inventory levels across Goodyear’s authorized retreading network.

Performance of the tyre:

The Fleet Central consists of an interactive dashboard to detect and find solutions for critical issues like fast air leaks and thermal alerts in real time, as well as monitor tyre performance.

Push Alerts:

The Fleet Central also helps fleets to configure alerts and reports to be sent via text or email.
