CEAT Tyre Introduces Contactless Service For Their Customers

Leading tyre manufacturer, CEAT tyre has initiated a contactless service to ensure that their customers and business community remains safe from the threat of COVID-19 pandemic.

The new service initiative includes pick-up and drop service ensuring a hygienic business environment and appointment service at all their outlets which the company claims is completely safe.

CEAT tyre said that doorstep services is available in the prime metropolitan areas which ensures maintenance of the tyres of your vehicle. The manufacturer ensures that the customers can have a safe and efficient business experience. The dealers are also promised a sanitised surrounding to conduct their services. The services are in a phased manner and is said to be available in 22 cities in just 7 days time.

The contactless pick-up and drop service is efficient because the vehicle is taken to the CEAT Shoppe at the customers convenience and dropped back after the service to the customers place. This ensures that the customers would not have to step outside their home since the government has set up certain regulation due to the spread of the disease.

The service is based on appointment which reduces the waiting period to a large extent. All that the customer has to do is give a missed call to the dedicated phone number to get an appointment from the nearest CEAT dealership. The customer can also visit the shop at an allotted time. This is believed to reduce the chances of physical contact with other people.

The company says that they are looking forward to introduce a WhatsApp service from which the customers can clarify their doubts and book an appointment.

CEAT says that they sanitise daily before opening the dealerships and the places where customer interaction takes place is sanitised regularly. The company also scans the customers before they are let in and provide sanitisers. The vehicles are sanitised before and after service and they promote digital payments to minimise the physical contact between people.
