The owner sold me Michelin tire which was 8 years old i.e 2010 manufactured tire that too on more than the current price, it was clear cut fraud. He forced me not to take bill so that I can save on GST but the price he told me was 3600 Rs per tire without GST which is actually the current price with GST, but as per his rates with GST he took 3800 Rs per tire, so that later on he can deny the refund/ replacement. It was my luck that I took the bill and at the end I was able to get the refund on same day later. He lied to me on various things which were proved wrong later on i.e. 1) He is authorized Michelin seller (lie), even though Michelin site claims it as they didn't update their site (I already raised complaint for that, should be updated soon). 2) Michelin last manufactured this tire in 2010 and it doesn't manufacture it any more. (lie) I'm able to get latest Michelin tire with less price from Chandigarh, i.e 3600 per tire including GST, 2017 manufacturing. Still wondering how these people can do anything for their benefit, and how easily they can play with customers safety. It's such a shame. India is a worst place to live because of such people and such paralyzed thinking. It's a shame. Moral: Don't buy anything from Ambala, go to Chandigarh. Save yourself from such annoying things. Prevention is always better than cure.
