Friendly staff and provides quick service. It's quiet big giving space to accommodate more cars. I didn't have to wait much. The technician explained me the alignment process which was helpful. Bill was average and did not find it expensive Rs500 for alignment and Rs 150 for wheel balancing i did both for my vehicle. They accept card and cash. Better visit this place during the 1st half to avoid crowd.

Good selection, quick response, good and experienced staff. Cons Their Covid policies are not implemented well and they give the customer the freedom to decide.

Today (16/12/2021), I made a call to New Bharat Tyres for a quote for 5 new Bridgestone tires. The executive , who attended the call was so rude that he was not evan giving me details about the tire. Mid way to the call he disconnected the call abruptly. I had to call back again several times , then they picked up the call. Still was hesitant to give information on tyre changing charges, wheel alignment etc. Only thing he repeatedly telling was you come to shop , rest we will see. I can't waste my time driving to this place on a peak trafic hour and get no proper service. If they can't discuss the details of their products and service over a call to their customer, i wonder how these people survived. Never in my life I had such worst experience.

It was a great experience to visit new bharat tyres. The service and their customer interaction is really commentable. Especially Mr Nithin was very kind and approachable. Kudos to team Nee bharat Pitstop. Keep up the good work.

Easy access from highway, went for a tyre change , staff don’t seems to be friendly .. job is perfect , but no pampering and high funda .. good place to be in for tyre related matters
