Yokohama India Resumes Production At Haryana Plant..

Yokohama India, a well known tyre manufacturing company has announced that it has resumed operations at Bahadurgarh tyre plant in Haryana.

The manufacturing operations began by following the government's directives and guidelines that are mentioned due to the current pandemic outbreak.

The production is being scheduled in phases and several security measures have been implemented in the factory. The factory has fortified standard operating practises to facilitate smooth functioning and progress in the production lines.

The Yokohama Club Network (YCN) stores have also been reopened where ever the restriction by the government has been lifted in the country. YCN is a network that is focused on the Global philosophy adopted by Yokohama which is to provide world class tyre purchasing experience to the customers.

Yokohama tyres are orginal equipment suppliers other than the global replacement tyre business. They provide their original equipment to many top car manufacturers like Audi, Mercedes Benz, Honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Suzuki, Porsche and Toyota.

It soon achieved the 7 crore milestone in tyre production in the year 2016. Further, in April 2020, an addition to the current capacity is consider due to the demand of tyre products from Yokohama India.

The company was established during the First world war and had to overcome many difficulties such has the Great Kanto earthquake of 1923, the global depression of the 1930's and also the second world war.
