Finnish tyre giant Nokian Tyres has introduced two new agricultural tyres in Canada - the Ground King and the Tractor King.
The Ground King is a versatile tyre that can be used for both on and off- field purposes while the Tractor King is for heavy-duty field work.
Versatile tyres on multi-use Ag implements can definitely be great investments with great financial returns, as the two can be put to use for a variety of different purposes. A mid-range tractor, for example, can be kept busy doing all sorts of field work, yard work and road hauling.
The Ground King
The Ground King tyre from Nokian comes with an all new pattern that has broken the age old habit of Ag tyres compromising on either field properties or highway comfort and endurance. The HybrilugTM technology is a game changer as it delivers both on-road endurance and traction along with effective power transfer on fields as well.
Besides the 2-in-1 benefits, the Ground King also has a high load-bearing capacity that allows the use of heavy work implements and high loads. This all-round performance further expands the diversity of the tasks you can tackle with the Nokian Ground King.

The Tractor King
Built for the heaviest of machinery and the most difficult terrains in forestry, earthmoving and road construction, the Tractor King comes with an all-new tread pattern and a fortified carcass.
With top-class puncture-resistance owing to its strengthened core and sidewall, the tyre further raises the bar with its wide tread and radically increased amount of tractive edges that provide traction in the worst of terrains.
