The New Thar's tyres are bigger and better comparing to the old Thar since the tyres are 255/65 R18 inches now comparing to the old ones that is the CRDe's tyre which is 235/70 R16 . The price of the tyres differ a lot though since the new 2020 Thar's tyre cost approximately ₹ 16,500.00 compared to the 2019 CRDe Thar's tyre which costs approximately ₹ 10,350.00( if the same tyre brand and model is chosen) The aspect ratio also is different which is obviously due to the size difference of both versions of the Mahindra Thar- '70' for CRDe version whereas the Mahindra Thar 2020 gets an aspect ratio of '65' which gives it a better stance and performance. The width also varies in both the versions.
