The new software features a wide range of first-of-their-kind features. KRISTAL.air, for example, may automatically record every flight using data from the phone's GPS, barometer, and accelerometer, and then allow the pilot to examine his or her trip in 3D using an onboard camera-like replay. A 3D radar image can also show the location of a trainee pilot, friends in the air, or racing competitors in real time.
The software also allows you to create instructive challenges, races, and contests right on your phone, and it enables race and rally participation as well as precise flying. Users will have access to a community of aviation enthusiasts, which will provide them with a variety of possibilities to share their experiences and acquire ideas for new flight plans and destinations, as well as tips and guidance.

The KRISTAL.air app offers a lot more than just piloting tools thanks to its extensive feature set. The app can, for example, track fuel usage and speed, indicate restricted zones, optimise flight plans and waiting periods, and show a collision-avoidance radar screen.
