Therefore, Continental was selected the finest workshop brand for the third time in a row by readers of the Munich-based trade publication PROFI Werkstatt. In the Tyres category, the premium manufacturer's commercial vehicle tyres unit received the most votes.

Continental on course as a solutions provider
The award also demonstrates that Continental is on the right track as it transitions from a tyre manufacturer to a solutions provider and that customers value what it is doing. Continental's extensive product line, digital solutions, and dependable service support fleet managers and drivers in their daily operations. Continental also prioritises providing knowledge and training on how to utilise the items correctly.

"Our customer service people are on hand for our partner workshops when they’re looking for advice and training. We maintain a close dialogue with our dealers and their workshops, and carry over credible requests and ideas directly into the development of new products," explains Schmitt.
Award recognizes the most popular brands
Since 2014, PROFI Werkstatt magazine has asked its readers to name their favourite commercial vehicle workshop brands on a regular basis. The poll for the “Beste PROFI Werkstatt-Marke” [Best PROFI Werkstatt Brand] has grown to become one of the most important workshop-related brand awards. HUSS-VERLAG GmbH in Munich, the study's organisers, reported 7,400 participants in 24 categories for the most recent poll. From A for Achsmessanlagen [wheel alignment equipment] to Z for Zubehör [accessories], the categories include the most important items and services for workshop experts.

Workshop managers working in the commercial vehicle industry were asked for their thoughts on the brands they employ on a daily basis.
