Tyres sold at CEAT shoppes have an unconditional warranty for two years. What does this mean? It means that if any significant problems arise in the tyre within the first two years from your purchase, you will have an option to get the tyre replaced on the spot.

The dealer then clicks on the option of warranty claim and enters the non-skid depth of your tyre ( an indication of how much you've used the tyre) for the app to calculate your settlement value for the tread wear that has happened. You pay the small amount and your claim will be accepted and registered on the app, with the dealer ready to bring out a brand new tyre to replace your old one.
Small yet Spacious and Comfortable
Despite the shoppe's small size, it felt surprisingly spacious and comfortable. There is a good amount of sitting space and enough room for you to walk around and have a look at all the tyres. In the CEAT shoppe we visited, there was also a small lounge and seating area constructed overlooking the tyre workshop. The lounge and the workshop were separated with the help of a transparent glass wall that allowed a person sitting in the lounge to view what was going on in the workshop. Talk about being creative, eh? Customers don't need to stand in the workshop and observe anymore. You can simply sit in the lounge area conveniently and continue to do your work while keeping an eye on what the technician is doing with your tyre.

Well, its safe to say that our visit left us pretty impressed. The shoppe was full of surprises and the attention to detail is certainly praiseworthy.
