India's leading tyre manufacturer CEAT Tyres has created a partnership with ReadyAssist which includes Road Side Assistance (RSA) program. Under this partnership, roadside services are provided to their customers. According to CEAT, this is an addition to its prestigious business model and said to be an extension of CEAT's recently launched doorstep service.
The customers can now avail different kinds of services for their vehicle anytime and anywhere. The RSA program will start at just Rs 200 for puncture repairs at your doorstep. In addition to this, they provide free sanitation of touch points of the vehicle since they have considered the situation of the pandemic outbreak and most importantly the safety of their customers.
The service offered by CEAT will be available in Bengaluru and Hyderabad and the company also plans to expand across 20 cities in India within a time period of one month.
The services provided will be puncture repair, key unlock assistance, battery jumpstart, minor repairs, emergency fuel delivery and towing service. Customers can avail all these services by calling on a 24/7 hotline number 9740828080.
