Continuing this trend of expanding their global footprint, Apollo Tyres recently entered the key market of Saudi Arabia. They have tied up with Al-Jomaih Tyres, the exclusive distributors for this country in the Arabian Peninsula. Al-Jomaih have been in the tyre business for decades and are also the exclusive tyre importers for other key brands as well.
In this new market of Saudi Arabia, the company will focus on the ever-growing commercial vehicle and passenger car segment. The aim is to capture a sizeable share in the next two years. The potential tyre market in this Kingdom stands at about 22 million tyres and Apollo is looking at achieving an average of 8 lakh tyres per annum in the first five years of operation.

Apollo Tyres confirms that the products they will sell in Saudi Arabia will be customised as per the market needs and road / weather conditions. All Apollo tyres sold there will come with a 5-year warranty (from the date of manufacturing) as standard.
