The all girls Giti Racing team, driving the Giti Tire Motorsports / WS Racing Audi R8 LMS GT4, won their first class win at the Nürburgring 24-Hours race. Carrie Schreiner, competing in the strong SP8 category against a very competitive Lexus RCF, set the fastest time in the class with a time of 9:19.646 minutes on the Eifel asphalt.
The race began in torrential rain and ended after a 14-hour delay due to dense fog, making it the shortest in the event's illustrious history. The crew, on the other hand, maintained their focus to deliver a near-flawless performance and prevailed in a highly thrilling shootout that featured six changes of class leadership.
The team completed 52 laps of the famed Nordschleife, with Célia Martin setting a stunning fastest lap of 9:11.605min.
With 121 cars on the starting grid and 99 vehicles finishing an incredibly difficult race, the team ended 45th overall.

Célia Martin, Carrie Schreiner, Christina Nielsen, and Pippa Mann drove the Audi, which was raced with an entirely female team inside and outside the cockpit and works under the project name "Girls Only - Ready to Rock the Green Hell."
