In June of 2019, JK Credit and Finance, a company under the J.K. Organisation acquired 50.003 per cent equity shares in Indian start-up TREEL Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The group has now transferred 26 % of the equity to its sibling JK Tyre & Industries. The introduction of JK Tyre was followed by a move to re-brand TREEL as a 'JK Tyre Product'.
The entry of JK Tyre was closely followed by the launch of TREEL's Personal TPMS (Tyre Performance Management System) for cars and bikes. The TPMS is basically an advanced wireless sensor system that is installed on the wheel rims of your tyres.
