Shipping & Return Policy
- This shipping policy is only applicable for purchase made by tyre dealers, garages, fleets and other auto accessories and after parts resellers through TyrePlex and not by retail customers
- At TyrePlex, we ship the products and deliver within 24 hours of order acceptance
- Actual delivery of the products depends on the delivery partner and availability of the products, though most deliveries happen within 24 hours of the order acceptance
- The shipping/delivery costs are not fixed and shall vary depending upon delivery/shipping location/pin code provided by the user or other issues that might affect timely delivery.
- The delivery of the product might get delayed in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
- TyrePlex shall not be liable for any uncertain event beyond the control of the TyrePlex [such as lockdowns, curfews, earthquakes, explosion, transport vehicle containing items/goods colliding or overturning, loading and unloading of goods, accidental or impact damage, etc.].
- If a User refuses to accept an order after it has been dispatched/shipped/or put in transit, the product(s) will be processed as return, cancellation for such products is possible only by getting in touch with the TyrePlex team
- TyrePlex shall not be obligated to refund the price of the product if the buyer refuses to accept the order for any reason (pre-paid as well as Cash-on-delivery orders).
- For any discrepancies, buyers will have to intimate TyrePlex at email@example.com within 24 hrs of delivery time, after 24 hours period no refund/return/exchange is valid.
