Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers to identify testing needs and create robust automation frameworks.
- Maintain and improve existing automation test suites.
- Perform regression testing, load testing, and API testing using automation tools.
- Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide actionable feedback to the development team.
- Assist in integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in test automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Basic programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman for API testing.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
- Knowledge of mobile app testing tools like Appium or Detox.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or Locust.
