Role Overview

As an Intern - HR, you will assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. This position involves actively reaching out to candidates, conducting initial screening calls, and coordinating interviews, making it an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various platforms, including job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and interest.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and share profiles with the recruitment team.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate information.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as promoting job openings on social media.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
