HR Manager (Human Resource Generalist)

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process for Tech roles, Business, Operations, and other key positions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.

• HR Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the implementation and management of HRMS software.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll in collaboration with the finance team.

• Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Plan and execute office celebrations, employee engagement activities, and other events that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement employee welfare programs, including performance management, training, and development initiatives.
  • Address employee queries and grievances, fostering an open and supportive work environment.

• Vendor Coordination:

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for HR-related tools and services.
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication and problem-solving with external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using HRMS software and other HR tools.
