Goodyear Assurance Duraplus is a fantastic tyre that has been designed to offer better fuel economy and has been strengthened with DuPont Kevlar to increase adaptability to withstand tough Indian road conditions. Goodyear provides this tyre in different sizes with the same features mentioned earlier. The largest tyre in the assurance duraplus series is sized 205/65R15 which is suitable for vehicles such as the Toyota Innova, Mahindra Xylo etc. The smallest size offered in this series is 165/80R14 which is suitable for vehicles such as the Maruti Suzuki Swift, Desire, Fiat Punto etc. For enhanced protection and durability, an additional layer of lightweight material has been used by the manufacturer to reinforce and strengthen the tyre. The Goodyear assurance duraplus has silica-reinforced Durawall compound in the sidewall which provides increased resistance to cuts and tears. The tyre provides excellent comfort on highways and increases the fuel economy. The tread pattern of the tyre along with larger outer shoulder assists the driver by providing precise steering control during lane change maneuvers.
